24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness, we value the time of both our clients and our instructors. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone's schedules, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes: Cancellation or Rescheduling within 24 Hours: Clients who cancel or reschedule their session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a $10 fee. Notification Process: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Notifications can be made via text at 954-833-1540 &/or leave a voicemail. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently for all participants. *Appointments that are 15mins late will be required to be rescheduled & will be subject to the $10 fee due to last minute cancelation. *Classes are non-refundable.
